my last stint in the U.S. I have upgraded with a short break (1 week) in the Bahamas. The islands are only about 3 - 3.5 hours from Boston and there are very cheap flights.
Summary: It has really paid off. The holiday was really cheesy - with snow Beach sand, crystal clear water, coral reef snorkeling in distance, rooms with sea views and many lazy hours on the beach.
