Pleurisy Heartburn Sickness

4000km in 7 days from Perth

Greetings from Perth!

"Whether from London to Moscow or from Perth to Adelaide - kilometermaessig makes no great difference." And we even drove from Melbourne!

Jaha we are in 2 days with a motor home via the Great Ocean Road to Adelaide and then went directly into a switched huge campervan and heated in 5 days to Perth .. We had found the Riesenglueck two standby cars directly behind each other that are rental cars that .. be used by the company anywhere in Australia straight So we have the cars super cheap for the A down to B! This is a limited time and mileage, but also a part of the petrol money:) so it came in 7 days, we drove about 4000km and are finally on the West Coast. We went through 4 time zones and crosses two boundaries, where they have taken off on one line all the fresh food ... really stupid when a decrease in the middle of the desert, everything! So was from our dinner for the next 2 evenings a Rice dish with zucchini, peppers, cucumber, tomato rice with only chicken nuggets, canned corn and sauce ..

I already was a bit nervous when I first sat at the wheel of a camper and we then drove towards the city of Melbourne to pick up our luggage from the hostel! Not so easy to monoevrieren such a great companion through narrow streets and between so many passers-by. 0 and a 15m high stone shaft which is in the middle of the desert;

On the way one has of course seen and experienced many things right such as the 12 apostles of which only 6 are there. or on the road were frequent eagles and their supper, the approached Kangoroos .. And we have seen the woman runs in a year to Australia and just go on the highway was! Mad woman: D In the meantime we have also taken a back packers from America as Tremper or are the longest track in Australia straight run of 146.6km, which is rather boring;) Then we were in Esperance, will be in the most beautiful with the beaches of Australia and azure blue water, but
than we were as a small storm raged and we were always a bit pressed for time because of the car tax.

I must say that it's real luxury to travel in a motor home .. especially compared to the old Ford;) 2 double beds, shower, kitchen, TV and just clean a lot of space! The campervan had 'Only' a huge bed and ne kitchen, but it was easier to drive and faster and we had a super horny Pioneer Sound System: begrudge) yes it so nothing else .. now we sit in Perth and trying to find some acceptable way to get to Broome. Lift, Standbycar, bus or plane .. let's see what there is yet. Thus it is now in 3 weeks at high travel west coast and travel back down, because I fly home from Perth. So we checked out the hostel and where ever we go shopping shortly before departure:)
