Does Tiffany Granath Have A Baby

Vis-a-vis the Glockner

And again I was at the weekend in the mountains. This time with Evi and Marcel on the upper forest hut. The weather was only partially well predicted, but it was worth a try. After a night under the starry sky, we started at half past six on the Franz-Josefs-Höhe with the best views of the Grossglockner. Through the tunnel of Gamsgrubenweg we ran us gradually, before the first snow field had to cross. The way is for the tourists Glocknerstraße expanded Therefore, I traipse over it comfortably. Only the lack of safe walking bridges expected. After about 1 hour we arrived in the snow and were able to facilitate our backpack buckles up by the skis. It was sunny and quite warm, so we decided instead of first going to the cabin, directly to Eiswandbichlwand, our present goal to go. We were here all alone on the road and after a short break, we went to just before the bergschrund with skis and rebuild there. The snow was pretty soft and so it was more like rummaging through a high-rise as one. From bergschrund to the exit is only slightly more than 50 hm, but it was still nice and in these circumstances would be more ere not have been possible. Above it was blowing pretty bad weather and announced himself already. We built returns to ski and enjoyed a nice run. But unfortunately the snow had not yet aufgefirnt properly and so was not a pleasure to drive.
We were already at the hut before noon and after the obligatory unpacking and drying and a snack we disappeared into the camp to catch a little sleep. When we got up again, but the conditions had changed considerably: it was raining and had even slightly scented. In the evening it was, however, feel better and so we were hopeful on Sunday to get into the Johannisberg-NO-wall that morning looked ever so wonderfully well had.
However, when we got up at 3.45 clock, were seen Johannisberg not much direction and so we allowed ourselves to breakfast time. The view was better but with the rising sun and so we started at 5.30. We crossed the glacier, but we fell directly on the warm snow. It had not been frozen and sharp despite the 3000m. The further we got toward Johannisberg, the more uncomfortable it became. Dark, high clouds moved in, attracted by fog and the view of the wall was not convincing: She had the day before it changed quite a bit and we decided to turn around at some point. In order to stand still on a peak, were we still mean to the castle stables. A nice place to enjoy the views of the Grossglockner, if you saw something. On the way back to the hut we were covered in clouds and we oriented ourselves to the tracks in the snow and on the few stones that heralded the slope. At 9 clock we were back at the hut and made a little coffee break before we made our way down. Meanwhile the sun shone again and we were rewarded with a splendid departure Beautiful aufgefirnter snow let our hearts beat higher and really meant a wonderful end of the season.
