Hey, I make it
me to report again ... I arrived back in civilization:)
sorry I'm not as long as reported have!
Frank and I feel great! weather is excellent, always around 32 degrees. And mood fits.
So the Outback is so one thing for sure .. it starts with endless straight roads that meet in which only a rare car .. so rare that they even each salutes the approaches you:-D once we watched our mileage display and we had a stretch without any kind of curve about 74 km and we met a car ... (were determined even longer where we just have not taken it.) car is driving here, therefore a bit boring. For a little action, however, makes the rain, as we are currently at the end of Wetseason and in the meantime The highway is just flooded times .. because one must then either 10km / h or drive through a road train (lorry with up to 3 trailers and 53 meters long) wait, the one on Moses and makes for a water moves to the side.
On the way to Mt Isa we have a few nights on Rastplaetzen spent on highway and when we finally arrived in Mt Isa, we are nestled on a caravan park. At the campground we were practically alone, so we had our own little kitchen :-) And once again showers! ;-)
Meanwhile, we have scoured the job agencies, and I hope to get a mining job. They have, however, all said the same thing to us. The Mine job requires a medical certificate, the pork is expensive, and currently are because of the rainy season, most mines under water ...
That was not the news we had hoped, but we decided to move on to Alice Springs to find on the road in Alice in Roadhaeusern or what. Problem is actually that we to second and are also happy to want to work together .. and needs the a roadhouse in the middle of the desert by chance two people then is pretty unlikely ..
why we arrived after 3 days in Alice and have again made the same as in Mt Isa, visit Caravan Park and job agencies. Between Mt Isa and Alice is found yet, however, the "Marbles" is that somehow volcanic rock tombs in the middle of the desert .. so uberdimensionale Circular red stones. Unfortunately, we had bad weather at the time .. So you have to think as the blue sky and the resulting lack of bright red shade and contrast,-D
Unfortunately, the job search does not return as we had hoped for .. but we have Griffith then called in a working hostel, in which Frank spent two months .. schonmal has since then we have asked how it looks with jobs when we arrive in 1-2 weeks there. Positive response:)
So now the goal was Griffith, and we may have on the road can still spontaneously luck with a job, but one does not also drive through the Outback without seeing the Uluru to! We have then viewed with the King Canyon, which was a "detour" of about 600km, but it has been definitely worth it! It is a very different feeling to see more of a photo or stand myself right there:) Frank and I have for decision the biggest Walking Track of 12 km around Uluru and evening to take the sunset to the famous lookout point with a perfect view at Uluru in the meantime .. we went to the nearby Olgas, which also constitutes a "mini mountains and even higher than the Uluru. The walking track there and the opportunity to climb Uluru, it was not for us, due to the weather .. the track and the best quality are at 37 degrees or higher closed .. (I'd say anything to ^ ^) so we have

Next day we are from there, to 4 in 2 cars, to Kings Canyon down, which is a huge canyon and then a wonderful 10km track, on slopes along and across the ravines, with a swimming break at a water hole in the middle of the gorge. Of course, all this with innumerable flies, the super enjoys climbing in the mouth or nose .. but with power comes the clear!
After a night on the same droplet resting place as the 2 days before, where we always has welcomed back an emu, it was on to Coober Pedy, where we had arrived .. again mobile phone network, and Frank has a mailbox message from Skilled (which is the agency for the Working Hostel in Griffith) was obtained. So as to call the first time! Who then told us if we Wednesday (in 2 days) are as we can for the rest of the week have been working .. Now it was 1400km in 2 days! wuhuu .. that was a joke .. but it was in Coober Pedy

ps. We are just right in Lent, for 31 days, no alcohol and fast food! (But now with the first salary and tomorrow is a farewell party by nem friend: D) and enjoys the Outbackfotos.
